Hi there! My name is Andres and I want to make things, that make you smile :)
Having recently moved to Orange County, USA. I am now on the lookout for exciting new projects. Previously, a Senior Digital Art Director at News Corp Australia, (one of the largest media companies in the world!) my role there was part futurist, part creative technologist and also to act as an evangelist of innovation, user driven insights bridging the gap between digital advertising display campaigns, creative design, and digital product development.
As a freelance creative consultant I've work for of some of the world's largest brands. Such as Hyundai, Colgate, Heineken, Subaru, GQ, VOGUE, Canon, Wriggley's and more.
Having worked in both Australia and Latin America, as a Snr digital creative director over the past 15 years, I've had the incredible privilege to work for some of the largest (and smallest!) design studios, advertising agencies and media companies in the world.
This has given me expertise to confidently and successfully tackle any project of any size.
Initially a Print based creative, in 2008 my focus shifted, pivoting towards the digital world working alongside some of the countries most award-winning creative minds. Delivering campaigns that capture the audience's imagination, through content-led integrated campaigns that deliver engagement and awareness through a multitude of innovative touch points.

In 2014 SONY pictures approached News Corp Australia with the release of X-Men Days of Future Past, their biggest franchise to date.
Playing off the magazine name, mX - we produced a visually striking and yet seamless masthead takeover - coupled with some clever slashes courtesy of Wolverine.

THE TARONGA ' WILD BUNCH' COLLECTION
IN JUNE 2015 The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Telegraph launched the Join Our Safari campaign in partnership with Taronga Zoo. The month long campaign include 7 paper animal collectibles called The Taronga Wild Bunch Collection, reader competitions, subscription offers, in-paper editorial and bespoke digital content

THE AUSTRALIAN CELEBRITY REPORT
In 2013 - Southern Cross Austereo and Channel Nine partnered up to create one of Australia's most comprehensive media reports - The Australian Celebrity Report.
They approached me to create the visual design for their current dated desktop website. Their main objective was to re invigorate the site with a slick look and feel but also the ability to house information on the report, and how to get it.
The ACR provides the media industry a comprehensive ranking for all Australian Celebrities based on their Digital footprint.
EZE - Personal Assistance with Artificial Intelligence
As part of an intensive UXD Course at Academy Xi. We developed an app with access to your every need. An artificial intelligent Chatbot that taps into your Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Eventbrite calendars and is there to book any product or service that you may need.
